Courier Companies: We use Allied Express or Aramex to deliver to most cities in Australia. Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Free Delivery for Melbourne Metro:
We offer free delivery for customers within the Melbourne Metro area. To check if your area is eligible, simply enter your postcode and suburb on the "Calculate Shipping" page. Free delivery applies to products with the "FREE Shipping" logo.
Delivery Costs for Other Areas:
For delivery outside the Melbourne Metro area, please use the Shipping Estimator on our website to calculate the shipping cost. If you're ordering from regional areas, you may need to contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote.
Delivery Process:
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in 3 Nathans Drive, Campbellfield VIC 3061 within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
